It's not my fault
A while back I had this friend who was the most aggressive drive I've ever met. And I mean this in every sense – he drove way over the speed limit, would get super close to other drivers as he wove in and out of traffic, scream at everyone and would generally be a menace on the road. Needless to say, I avoided going anywhere with him because in my humble opinion, it was only a matter of time before he got in a wreck. Thus, when the inevitable happened, I was secretly glad (after learning he was fine of course). The accident wasn't anything big, a slip off the road during a rain storm into some brush. But I hoped he had learned his lesson. So, a short time after his minor crash, I agreed to go with him on a short trip. When he picked me up, the first thing I noticed was he hadn’t gotten his car fixed. Nope, the marks and scrapes on his bumper were in full display.
